Liverpool is a multipurpose coffee-table. The lift top that hides a practical box, turns the coffee-table into a handy work or leisure surface. The lift system with compass movement is assisted by a gas spring system that makes this movement extremely easy and also brakes and absorbs the weight of the top in its return phase. The lift system is practical, solid and functional: the top lifts up 25 cm and to moves 35 cm in your direction, making it comfortably accessible when sitting on the sofa. Structure is made of sandblasted coloured steel 6 mm thick, while storage unit and top are made of 18/25 mm eco-friendly laminate. The central part of the storage unit is hidden by the top when in lowered position, whereas the lateral parts are open and can be used to store everyday objects.
